William Ralph Kincaid, MD, FACP
With a down to earth personality, Dr. Kincaid quickly puts even the most apprehensive patient at ease. He has a true gift for making even the most complex topics understandable to patients and family members.Dr. Kincaid graduated magna cum laude with a major in Pre-Med at West Virginia University, Morgantown, West Virginia, which is where he also earned his Doctor of Medicine degree. He was selected for a straight medicine internship at George Washington University Hospital, Washington, D.C. He achieved the distinction of chief resident during his residency in internal medicine at West Virginia Medical Center-Charleston Division. For his hematology/oncology fellowship, he chose University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, Texas. He also completed a hematology/oncology fellowship at Quillen-Dishner College of Medicine, Johnson City. Dr. Kincaid is board certified in internal medicine and medical oncology.
In addition to his responsibilities at McLeod Cancer & Blood Center, Dr. Kincaid has served as a clinical professor of medicine at Quillen-Dishner College of Medicine since 1976.

Millard Ray Lamb, MD, FACP
Though he is known for his sense of humor, Dr. Lamb is all business when it comes to treating cancer and blood disorders. He is committed to providing his patients with the most advanced treatments available in the comfort and convenience of their home area.A native of East Tennessee, Dr. Lamb graduated from David Lipscomb College, Nashville and received his Doctor of Medicine degree from Quillen-Dishner College of Medicine, East Tennessee State University, Johnson City. He completed his internship and residency in internal medicine at Baptist Memorial Hospital, Memphis. For his fellowship in hematology/oncology, he chose the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center, Denver, Colorado. Dr. Lamb is board certified in internal medicine, oncology and hematology.
In addition to helping patients at McLeod Cancer & Blood Center, he sits on the admissions committee of East Tennessee State University College of Medicine. He serves as a clinical associate professor of internal medicine there as well.

Charles Famoyin, MD, MBA
Dr. Famoyin comes to McLeod from UMass Memorial Medical Center where he was also a member of the faculty at the University of Massachusetts Medical School. He completed his internship and residency in internal medicine at the University of Massachusetts and received his fellowship in hematology and oncology from Harvard Medical School. He is board certified in oncology and hematology.In addition to his excellent credentials, Dr. Famoyin is a very personable, caring physician who has quickly become a favorite among patients and staff.
Allison Prinz, MD
Allison Prinz, M.D., is a graduate of Furman University and the University of Tennessee School of Medicine. She completed her hematology/oncology fellowship at the University of Kentucky and is board certified in oncology and internal medicine. A native of Knoxville, Dr. Prinz is pleased to be returning to East Tennessee to build her practice.Dr. Prinz will be at the forefront of our women's health initiative focusing on breast cancer as McLeod moves toward becoming a regional comprehensive cancer center.
Suzanne Rogers, MSN, FNP-BC, APRN
Suzanne received her BSN and MSN from East Tennessee State University, and after much prayer and meditation felt very strongly that oncology was where she needed to be. Upon completion of her advanced training, Suzanne joined the McLeod staff as nurse practitioner in 2006. She is currently a member of the Oncology Nursing Society.Suzanne enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, riding roller coasters, and she is an avid football fan — especially of the Tennessee Volunteers and Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
Myra Blankenship, MSN, FNP-BC, APRN
Myra received her BSN from East Tennessee State University and MSN from the University of Virginia. After many years as a registered nurse, Myra decided to pursue a post master's NP certificate at ETSU in order to provide a higher level of patient care. A cancer survivor herself, Myra chose oncology as her field of service. Her knowledge and compassion make a positive difference in the lives of her patients.Myra is a member of the American Nurses Association, Tennessee Nurses Association, Northeast Tennessee Nurse Practitioners Association, Oncology Nursing Society, and Sigma Theta Tau. She enjoys many sports activities and loves riding motorcycles, reading, and spending time with her grandchildren.
Annette Forgey, RN, BSN, OCN
Clinical DirectorAnnette guides the Research program at McLeod Cancer and Blood Center. She also holds the distinction of being one of the kindest, most attentive people you will encounter during your cancer journey. Annette graduated from East Tennessee State University with Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Her commitment to providing the very best for her patients led her to earn Oncology Nurse Certification, which requires the highest possible professional standards. She is a member of the Oncology Nursing Society and the Northeast Tennessee Oncology Nursing Society. Though she wears many hats during her workday, she is never too busy to listen or to lend a helping hand to a patient in need.
Jan Kincaid, LMT, MLD/CDT
Jan is a licensed massage therapist, specializing in lymphedema therapy. She manages a physician supervised lymphedema therapy practice at McLeod Cancer and Blood Center. Her education in massage was received at Reflections of Health School of Massage in Johnson City, Tennessee. Jan then completed her lymphedema certification from Klose Training and Consulting and went on to do a internship with Lymphedema Therapist Cheryl Morgan.Our Nurses
At McLeod, you will find a competent and efficient nursing staff that is anxious to assist you with your physical, emotional, social, mental and spiritual needs. Together, our nurses have over 200 years of experience. The entire nursing staff holds board licensure. Our chemotherapy nurses are registered nurses who hold additional certification in oncology nursing and who have completed extensive training in chemotherapy administration.The entire nursing staff is committed to continued education in order to stay abreast of the most current findings in relation to cancer prevention, detection and treatment. Using a team approach, the nurses strive to provide quality care in a compassionate manner to every patient and family member.
